Historic Manassas Inc. will sponsor the event, which will feature 14 area wineries.
Gibbs is one of the most sought after percussionists in the music industry today. Whether he is recording or touring with his band, Nfusion, Gibbs mesmerizes audiences with an artistry and craftsmanship on percussion that draws audiences deep inside funky Afro-Cuban rhythms.
