Nokesville resident John Hinkle will offer a free dance lesson at the Harris Pavilion in Old Town Manassas on June 28 from 2:30 to 3 p.m.

Hinkle has run his business from home since 1994. “We are really trying to increase social dance in this area,” he said. “Most social dance is near the Beltway and inside the Beltway. Local people want to dance, but complain they don’t want to drive an hour each way again on the weekend after commuting all week.” Hinkle will offer several more opportunities to learn basic dance techniques. For more information, call 703-594-3000.
