LENNAR OFFERS THE LOWEST MORTGAGE RATES IN DECADES

Washington DC---There has never been a better time to purchase a new home. With homes priced to sell and historically low interest rates, buyers have many options available that they could not enjoy before, states Brenda Sharp, director of sales and marketing for Lennar’s Virginia division.

For a limited time, Lennar in partnership with Universal American Mortgage Company (UAMC), is offering a 3.875 percent fixed rate mortgage with discounted pricing in select communities. “It is ideal that new homebuyers are able to take advantage of this low rate- it makes a huge difference in a homeowners monthly payment, which helps in a challenging economy,” Sharp said. Also available to first time homebuyers is a tax credit from the government of up to $8,000.
