Two New Stores Open at Madison Crescent

»  Comments | Post a Comment

The Marketplace at Madison Crescent and Harris Teeter are pleased to welcome two new businesses to the popular shopping and dining destination in western Prince William County. Desiderio Italian-American Grill, an upscale eatery, is now open for business and soon they will be joined by a Virginia ABC Store. “Desiderio is excited to be opening at The Marketplace at Madison Crescent. The area is alive and growing and great for supporting new business,” says owner/operator Greg Keating along with partners Rick Marrero and Victor Rodriguez.

Desiderio and the county’s newest state run liquor store anticipate a warm reception by nearby residents who have embraced the center’s other businesses. Besides the highly trafficked Harris Teeter, with its popular Starbuck’s counter, the center features a Brooklyn Brothers Pizzeria, MaggieMoo’s Ice Cream and Treatery and Subway “Eat Fresh”. The Marketplace is also home to AT&T Wireless, Atlantic Billiards and Spas, Avalon Nail Spa, Hair Cuttery, Marketplace Dry Cleaners, Season’s Cards and Gifts, and Sleepy’s The Mattress Professional with a stand-alone Chevy Chase Bank, making it a one stop shop destination.

In addition, The Marketplace at Madison Crescent is home to the Madison Crescent Professional Building. The first floor houses Anytime Fitness, the second floor S.R. Clarke, Inc., a corporate recruiting firm, and Prince William Family Medicine, while Citi/Smith Barney and SunTrust Mortgage occupy the third floor.

“With the addition of these latest tenants, we are now almost fully leased,” said John D. Rhoad, Jr., Managing Principal, RMJ Development Group. “The Marketplace at Madison Crescent continues to grow while answering the call of local residents for quality shopping and dining in western Prince William County”.

Harris Teeter along with The Marketplace at Madison Crescent and the Madison Crescent Professional Building offer customers easy access with ample parking. The center is conveniently located at the intersection of James Madison Highway (Rt. 15) and Lee Highway (Rt. 29) in Gainesville, Virginia. Directions can be found on the website at www.madisoncrescent.com.
