The Marketplace at Madison Crescent and Harris Teeter are pleased to welcome two new businesses to the popular shopping and dining destination in western Prince William County. Desiderio Italian-American Grill, an upscale eatery, is now open for business and soon they will be joined by a Virginia ABC Store. Desiderio is excited to be opening at The Marketplace at Madison Crescent. The area is alive and growing and great for supporting new business, says owner/operator Greg Keating along with partners Rick Marrero and Victor Rodriguez.
Desiderio and the countys newest state run liquor store anticipate a warm reception by nearby residents who have embraced the centers other businesses. Besides the highly trafficked Harris Teeter, with its popular Starbucks counter, the center features a Brooklyn Brothers Pizzeria, MaggieMoos Ice Cream and Treatery and Subway Eat Fresh. The Marketplace is also home to AT&T Wireless, Atlantic Billiards and Spas, Avalon Nail Spa, Hair Cuttery, Marketplace Dry Cleaners, Seasons Cards and Gifts, and Sleepys The Mattress Professional with a stand-alone Chevy Chase Bank, making it a one stop shop destination.
In addition, The Marketplace at Madison Crescent is home to the Madison Crescent Professional Building. The first floor houses Anytime Fitness, the second floor S.R. Clarke, Inc., a corporate recruiting firm, and Prince William Family Medicine, while Citi/Smith Barney and SunTrust Mortgage occupy the third floor.
