Gar-Field High School will host a “Lose The Shoes” charity soccer tournament May 30 from 2 to 7 p.m.
Lose the Shoes is a countywide tournament in which all proceeds will benefit Grassroot Soccer. Grassroot Soccer is an international nonprofit that uses the power of soccer in the fight against HIV/AIDS by training African professional soccer players and other local heroes as health educators.
