The Dale City Civic Association recently awarded prizes to twenty residents who decorated their homes for Halloween.
DCCA promotes civic pride and encourages the growth of cohesive neighborhoods we can all be proud to live in. These Halloween awards are one of the many tools we use to spread good cheer and involve citizens in their community.
Special thanks to our generous sponsors for providing the gift certificates we used to award prizes in categories ranging from "The Spookiest" to "The Funniest".
