Dozens of community members from all over northern Virginia visited Representative Gerry Connolly’s office in Annandale on Friday to thank the Congressman for his historic vote in favor of passing the House of Representative’s health care bill – the Affordable Health Care for America Act (H.R. 3962).The Virginia Organizing Project coordinated the event. A large group stood in the pouring rain, lined up along the sidewalk in front of Representative Connolly’s Annandale office to share their personal health care stories and express their gratitude for Congressman Gerry Connolly’s vote.
