The Prince William Lady Jaguars AAU Girls Basketball Team is an environment where young ladies 9 years old and under through 16 years old and under in the Prince William Jaguars AAU Basketball Team and the Prince William County Sports Athletic Organization, Inc. for the Prince William County, Virginia and the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area to gain experience and appreciating the importance of strong competition through basketball tournament plays. This AAU Girls Basketball team will experience and create an environment where they can enhance their playing ability and prepare for higher levels of competition. The Prince William Lady Jaguars will compete against the best which will raise our players' abilities to another level in Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). The Prince William Lady Jaguars AAU Girls Basketball Team will offer a level of competition at young ages who attend Middle Schools and High School that most recreational leagues and other AAU programs cannot rival. The Prince William Lady Jaguars is serious about their basketball player’s future as a student and athlete which is an excellent step in the right direction to further self-esteem, self-confidence, and respect for self and others on and off the basketball Court. The Prince William Lady Jaguars AAU Girls Basketball Team also believe in youth development in strong academic foundation, good character, respect, hard work, self determination and loyalty are the building blocks for success in life for all young ladies of Prince William County, Virginia.
The Prince William Lady Jaguars AAU Girls Basketball Team’s method is to provide by teaching the fundamentals, techniques and skills to develop each individual basketball player while focusing on the importance of sportsmanship, team contribution, and character development. Our coaches believe that fundamental execution will ultimately lead to success and teach our Prince William Lady Jaguars of learning the basics first.
