Military Order of the Cootie and the Auxiliary of Pup Tent 14 present a Fall Yard Sale and Oktoberfest complete with an ump pa band. Both events take place Oct. 24 at the VFW Post 1503, 14631 Minnieville Road.
The Fall Yard Sale is from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and the Oktoberfest is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free. Spaces for those wishing to sell items are rented on a first-come, first-served basis the day of the event at the rate of $15 for a parking space and $25 for a table under the pavilion. Prices include a $5 refundable clean-up fee.
