CrossLink International announces tickets are on still available for a benefit concert starring Anthony Kearns of world-renowned trio The Irish Tenors at the Hylton Memorial Chapel in Woodbridge, VA, on Saturday, October 17 at 7 p.m. The evening will combine music with the opportunity to help others in need by supporting CrossLink and three Prince William County clinics.
Kearns, known as Irelands finest lyric tenor, has also made his mark on this side of the Atlantic. He has performed with the National Symphony Orchestra for a Capitol July Fourth celebration and at premier venues including Carnegie Hall and Madison Square Garden. Drawing from the music, culture and history of his homeland, his repertoire ranges from traditional Irish music to opera to sacred music with an occasional Irish ditty.
Kearns international appeal reflects CrossLinks global reach. Yet, the Falls Church-based medical nonprofits work encompasses local needs as well.
Since 1996, CrossLink has sent more than $43.6 million of aid to 115 countries in support of 3,207 projects, including supplying 18 free local clinics. Three of those clinics are joint benefactors of this concert: The Prince William Area Free Clinic, The Family Health Connection of Potomac Hospital and The Greater Prince William Community Health Center.
Tickets are available at crosslinkinternational.net or by calling 703.534.5465. A limited number of $100 premier seating tickets include a post-performance reception and meet and greet with Anthony Kearns. General admission tickets are $50 and $30. Doors for the 7 p.m. concert open at 6 p.m.
