Mrs. Rishell has constantly stretched the truth in her ads. This got her a rebuke from this paper the last election cycle, and yet she continues to do so. She recently handed out a flyer stating that she
was endorsed by the Virginia Education Association. She was NOT; Del. Miller was! The Association should consider legal action against her.
