Police say boy, 16, abducted 15-year-old girl
Police said a boy abducted a 15-year-old girl, touched her inappropriately and held her against her will.
Authorities were called at 1 p.m. to the 9600 block of Allegro Drive near Manassas, and said the accused was hanging out with the victim at her house when he picked her up and took her outside to her deck, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.
While carrying her, the girl said he touched her inappropriately. The girl screamed and another 16-year-old boy went outside to help.
The accused then punched the boy in the face, said Hernandez.
