Three men face sex charges after police said they had intercourse with a 14-year-old girl inside of her Dale City home.
The girl's mother called police on Aug. 27 to report that she returned home on Fox Glove Court and found that her daughter and her underage friend were drunk. Both girls were taken to a local hospital, treated and released, said Prince William police spokeswoman Erika Hernandez.
During a three-day investigation, police learned that the girls invited a group of acquaintances to the house without the parents' permission.
During the visit, all three men had sex with the 14-year-old girl, police said.
Oscar A. Hernandez, 19, of 14312 Fairview Lane in Woodbridge, Michael Jerel Garris, 19, of 2901 Adams Street in Dale City and Eric Sarvelio Orellana, 18, of 526 Four Mile Road, Apt. 303 in Alexandria, were all charged with carnal knowledge.
All three were held without bond and are scheduled to appear in Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
