KAB Quarterly Survey

»  Comments | Post a Comment

There are many ways to volunteer in Prince William County. One of the easiest is the quarterly litter survey conducted by the Prince William Clean Community Council.

The PWCCC is an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful. Each quarter, the PWCCC asks for 6 volunteers to go for a ride and have a good look at Prince William County.

Volunteers watch a training film and learn how to rate litter on a scale that is used to record the progress or the need for better litter control on area roads. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 0830 and are treated to lunch upon completion of the survey.

If you'd like to volunteer for this program, or one of our many other volunteer programs, please visit our web page:pwcleancouncil.org
