Rippon Lodge will be the site of the 7th annual Rippon Lodge Harvest Festival on Oct. 17.
The day's events will include games, living history demonstrations, crafts, food and mu-sic.
Tours of the historic structure will be given throughout the day.
Rippon was built in 1747 and is the oldest documented home in Prince William County. The mod-est frame farmhouse and grounds tell the stories of the people who have lived there over the centuries.
Admission is $5 per person and children under 2 free. No reservations are required. Additional parking is available at Mary G. Porter Transitional School.
The festival will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the lodge at 15520 Blackburn Road, Wood-bridge.
