I thought that a recent editorial by Michael Shannon was rather interesting. He blasts the Prince William County Service Authority for just recently allowing online bill paying.
Strange, I’ve been paying bills online since 2004 and PWCSA has been a recipient since that time.
I pay by electronic transfer from my bank account, and I’ve never been charged an additional fee. I’ve also never had to fill out any forms, or provide any information to PWCSA.
In all that time, I’ve never had a single problem. The money flows from my bank account directly to the Authority. I think his diatribe was more than a bit misdirected, and his attempt to tie it to the current
health care debate was silly. Anyway, thanks for the laugh Michael.
As an aside, someone should tell John Merli (same paper, same date) that wheels don’t get bald spots, tires do.
