Manassas, Va. - Single tickets for the inaugural season of "Hylton Presents" at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas go on sale to the public on Sept. 1 through tickets.com, 1 888-945-2468 (daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Internet orders may be placed through hyltoncenter.org and clicking on "Event Calendar" and then the link for each event.
Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Hylton Center's box office which is open Wednesday-Saturday from noon through 6 p.m. or at the Center for the Arts' box office in Fairfax which is open on Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The opening season will have 13 performances that encompasses symphony orchestras, grand Russian ballet, classical theater, popular music and artists from across the globe.
"I'm pleased and honored to share the events of the inaugural season of Hylton Presents, where we have endeavored to fulfill our mission of presenting outstanding artists performing everything from Beethoven to bluegrass," said Tom Reynolds, director of artistic programming, when he made the announcement of the performers for the inaugural season.
Upcoming acts include Crystal Gayle and Larry Gatlin; Bayanihan Philippine National Dance Company, Rockapella, Philharmonic of Poland, Capitol Steps, Walnut Street Theatre, American Festival Pops Orchestra and Russian National Ballet Theatre.
