LETTER: Failure to report the news

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Your newspaper does it again. You fail to report news that does not agree with your liberal views. On Jan. 22, the March For Life was held in Washington D.C.

There were about 60,000 people there. The Washington Times put this story on the front page of their paper on Jan. 23. The Washington Post put the story on the front page of the Metro Section. Your paper -- no mention of the March For Life.

Yet, on Jan. 12, your paper carried the AP story "Activists protest in D.C. over Guantanamo prison."

That story had 422 words and a picture. According to the AP article there were 40 activists protesting. You just might sell a few more papers if you used a more fair and balanced approach to reporting the news.
