The Prince William County School Board appointed Lisa E. Bell to serve as the interim Neabsco District representative to the board on Wednesday.
Bell will serve until a special election is held in November of 2010. Other applicants were Denise Hoover, Lydia M. Gonzalez, Nicole A. Robbins, Zoe E. Vitter, and Christopher M. Williams.
Bell replaces Julie C. Lucas, who left in December to attend to her ailing father.
