Deadline nears to order singing valentines
Valentine's Day will soon be here! Tomorrow is the deadline for ordering a "singing valen-tine" from the Bull Run Troubadours. The cost for the package is $50. The Troubadours have been singing and presenting barbershop harmony programs in this area for the past 50 years, and the "singing valentines" are a popular tradition that warms the heart.

family craft night
It's "Family Craft Night" at Chinn Library on Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. You can help your child make a snowman necklace to take home. Each child makes one craft, and there is no cost for the program. Stop in and enjoy this craft time at the library.
MOPS to meet at church
MOPS (Moms of Preschoolers) will meet at Old Bridge United Methodist Church on Feb. 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. Free childcare is provided, and the evening is a time for fellowship and celebrating Valentine's Day, as we learn how to make hand-dipped valentine chocolates. A scholarship opportunity for a student who graduates this year from high school and plans to enroll full-time in Nothern Virginia Comunnity College's Biotechnology Program in the fall is now available.
