Prince William County, Va. --The latest numbers from the Virginia Employment Commission show that area unemployment remained relatively flat from October to November of last year.

Unemployment in Prince William County held steady at 5.2 percent.

The City of Manassas showed a 7.1 percent unemployment rate in November compared to a rate of 6.7 percent in October.

The unemployment rate in the City of Manassas Park rose from 5.4 to 6 percent between October and November.

Unemployment in November of 2008 was 3.8 percent in Prince William County, 5.1 percent in Manassas and 3.6 percent in Manassas Park.
