Transitional Housing BARN, Inc., is holding its first Exceptional Yard Sale of 2010 from 8AM-12 noon on Saturday, March 13 at 9541 Linton Hall Road, Bristow, VA 20136.
The sale is in the dairy barn on the property of Linton Hall School and the St. Benedict Monastery (Turn when you see the big yellow truck then follow the signs to the yard sale).
Items for sale include clothes for babies to adults, some never worn; shoes slightly worn and new; purses including designer names, jewelry, toys, strollers, bikes, housing and kitchen goods, many new and used books, puzzles, games, some electronics, TV’s, CD's, DVD's and much more.
BARN provides transitional housing and intensive case management services to homeless mothers and their children for up to two years. Mothers focus on budgeting, life skills, continued education, employment, parenting, and overcoming the traumas that led to homelessness. Children focus on school and their development.
