Police blotter for March 7

Prince William police reported the following incidents:

Dale City

• A home in the 13500 block of Castlebridge Lane was reported broken into between 9:45 a.m. and 5:35 p.m. Feb 24. The victim reported that when she returned from work she noticed that the drawers in the bedrooms had been rummaged through. A video game system, personal documents and money were missing The total amount stolen is valued at $1,901.98. There were no signs of forced entry to the house.

Woodbridge

• A woman who thought her basement felt cold went to investigate and found someone had broken a window to her home in the 2500 block of Tabor Court between 4:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Feb. 26.

Nothing was stolen from the house.

• Two desktop computers, valued at $3,112 were stolen from a leasing office at an apartment building, in the 13600 block of Cridercrest Place. There was no sign of forced entry.

Manassas Park

• A blue, two-door 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier, valued at $5,000, was stolen between 8:20 a.m. and 8 p.m. March 1, from the Manassas Park Shopping Center.

The victim parked the car, went to work and came back to find the car stolen.
