The Manassas Art Guild will host a workshop, "Flowers-the Basics in Watercolor," with artist Mike Flynn on March 27.
The event will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Manassas Baptist Church and adult artists of all skill levels are invited to sign up.
The cost is $50 for seniors and $65 for others.
Flynn is president of ArtBeat Gallery in Old Town Manassas and is well-known for his colorful florals. The workshop will address forms and textures, arranging the composition and capturing the light in flower paintings.
