Body left near I-95 in Stafford identified

A body found beside the Garrisonville exit ramp on Interstate 95 in Stafford County earlier this month has been identified as that of Jerryell Myesah Foster, 23, a missing Baltimore County, Md., woman.

No arrests have been made in the case, which has been ruled a homicide.
