With the election drawing near, I think it is important that voters know about the real Keith Fimian before they go to the polls.
The real Keith Fimian believes a woman who is raped should carry her rapist’s baby to term. What a horrible and insensitive demand to make of any woman. It makes my blood boil to think that Fimian would vote for a law that would require myself or my daughter to live an unthinkable horror for nine months. It could mar a woman for life.
It also is apparent that the real Keith Fimian has some serious anger issues. The News & Messenger reported in June that Fimian was convicted of assault and served seven days of a 30-day jail sentence. Your newspaper also reported that one of his business partners was so fearful of Fimian’s anger that he kept a stun gun in his desk.
Do we really want someone who is insensitive to women and has a criminal record and an anger problem, to boot? I certainly don’t.
I attended several candidate forums/debates between the candidates, and it was very clear that Congressman Connolly had real answers to the questions and solutions to Northern Virginia issues. Keith Fimian did not answer a single question; he just regurgitated the same line over and over without giving any answers or solutions to our problems.
That’s why I am supporting Gerry Connolly for Congress. He has a proven record of working on our behalf here in Northern Virginia.
