WOODBRIDGE, Va. - A Woodbridge man died Tuesday from injuries he sustained in a motorcycle crash over the weekend.
Mhomad Harres Husseini, 27, of Nimes Court, Woodbridge, was seriously injured in a crash in the area of Cardinal Drive and Mendoza Lane in Woodbridge at 7:52 p.m. Saturday, said Prince William County police spokesman Jonathan Perok.
Husseini was driving a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle west on Cardinal Drive when he struck a curb and drove on to the center median, striking small trees, Perok said.
Husseini was flown to an area hospital and died there Tuesday, police said.
Police believe that speed was a factor in the crash.
The investigation continues, Perok said.
