A Southbridge man faces aggravated sexual battery charges after police said he sexually assaulted a Dumfries boy in 2010.
Police charged Thanh Van Le with sexually assaulting the 6-year-old victim, who he knew, on April 13, 2010, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Le, 38, of the 3000 block of Pony Ridge Turn, was charged with aggravated sexual battery, Perok said.
He was held without bond.
Le’s court date was unavailable.
