A total of four Woodbridge residents face narcotics charges Tuesday after authorities said they concluded an investigation into the selling of Oxycontin.
Police seized Oxycontin prescription pills from a home at 16882 Francis West Lane, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Jesse Lopez Montiel, 36, of 16882 Francis West Lane, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic [Oxycontin] and conspiracy to violate the Drug Control Act, Perok said.
He was released on a $15,000 secured bond.
Eileen Lopez Arnold, 34, and Patrick Michael Arnold, 31, both of 16882 Francis West Lane, were charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic [Oxycontin], Perok said.
They were released on their own recognizance.
Montiel, Eileen Arnold and Patrick Arnold have a court date of April 13.
Nicholas James O’Conner, 29, of 14170 Cuddy Loop, #302, was charged with conspiracy to possess a schedule III or IV narcotic [Xanax], Perok said.
His court date and bond information was unavailable.
