The boarded up house at 9300 Prescott Ave. in Manassas, remains standing, as it has for 100 years. For several years, the Manassas City Council has been unable to come to a decision on what to do. Recently a vote on the issue resulted in a deadlock, with half wanting to restore the home, and the others wishing to demolish it.
