Manassas Park man faces child pornography charges

MANASSAS PARK, Va. --

A Manassas Park man was charged with child pornography Wednesday after police investigated a complaint at his home.

William Anderson, 67, of the 9400 block of Trailway Terrace, faces five counts of possession of child pornography after the Northern Virginia/District of Columbia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and Manassas Park police, investigated the complaint city police spokeswoman Karen Barton said.

Anderson was held without bond.

Police did not release any information about the investigation or what prompted the charges.
