Bristow-area man served with fugitive warrant

A Bristow-area man was served with a fugitive warrant after a traffic stop in Manassas Park on Feb. 14.

Police stopped a car in the area of Manassas and Denver drives at 8:06 p.m., Manassas Park police spokeswoman Karen Barton said.

A check revealed the driver, Angel Salguero, was wanted in Maryland on unrelated charges for larceny, police said.

Salguero, 23, of Campfire Court, was held without bond on a fugitive from justice warrant, Barton said.

His court date was not available.

Police did not provide a picture of Salguero.
