A Florida man faces prescription fraud charges after officers said he passed three forged prescriptions at a Manassas store on Thursday.

A man—later identified as Willie Gerald Cummings—handed the fake Xanax, Naposin and Oxycodone prescriptions to a pharmacist at the Walgreens, 9271 Sudley Road, around 12:30 p.m., Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.

Police found Cummings, 35, still inside the store when they arrived.

Cummings, of St. Petersburg, Fla., was charged with three counts of prescription fraud and three counts of forgery, Rivera said.

He was held in lieu of a $12,000 bond and has a court date of April 3.
