Manassas police are looking for men who they said stole a cellphone from a city store Thursday afternoon.
Two 23- to 25-year-old, 6-foot-1-inch, 150 pound black men pried open a display case and stole an Apple iPhone 4S, valued at $600, from the Adcomm Digitel store, 9650 Liberia Ave., Manassas, at 4 p.m., Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.
According to police, one of the men had a tattoo containing Chinese-style lettering and stars on the right side of his neck.
Officers are still investigating the theft, and ask that anyone with information call Crime Solvers at 703-330-0330. Callers do not have to give their names or testify in court and may receive a reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in an arrest.
Car hits mailbox, drives through yard in Manassas
Police are looking for a car they said hit a mailbox and drove through a yard at a Manassas home on Thursday afternoon.
A resident on the 8800 block of Jackson Ave. told police the car hit his neighbor’s mailbox and then drove 30 feet in the neighbor’s yard before leaving at 4 p.m., Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.
Officers do not have a description of the car other to say it probably has front-end damage from hitting the mailbox.

Computer, camera stolen from Manassas business
A Gateway computer, valued at $300, a Nikon camera, valued at $100, and an undisclosed amount of money was stolen from Henry’s Auto Auction, 10700 Wakeman Court, Manassas, between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 5:25 a.m. Thursday, Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.

Power tools, valued at $1,400, was stolen from a shed at a home on the 9700 block of Brent Street, Manassas, between 5 a.m. and 12:17 p.m. Friday, Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.

A Garmin GPS unit, valued at $200, a wallet, jewelry and an undisclosed amount of money was stolen from two unlocked vehicles parked on the 8900 block of Rolling Road, Manassas, between 7 p.m. Sunday and 4 a.m. Monday, Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.

Attempted break-in at Manassas-area home
Somebody tried to pry open a front door at a home on the 9300 block of Byron St., Manassas area, between 10 p.m. Thursday and 2 p.m. Friday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
The burglar did not succeed in getting into the home.
Nothing was stolen.
iPad, jewelry stolen from Mid-county area home
An iPad, laptop and jewelry, valued at $5,600, were stolen from a home on the 4200 block of Marquis Place, Mid-county area, between 11 a.m. and 1:20 p.m. Monday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Police believe the burglar forced open the home’s front door to get in.
TV stolen from Bull Run-area home
A television, valued at $350, was stolen from a home on the 7700 block of Anderson Court, Bull Run area, between 6 p.m. Saturday and 7 p.m. Monday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Police believe the burglar got into the home by prying open a rear sliding glass door.
Laptop stolen from Bull Run-area home
A laptop, valued at $500, was stolen from a home on the 7500 block of Margate Court, Bull Run area, between 4:30 p.m. and 9:40 p.m. Sunday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
The burglar, according to police, got into the home through an unlocked rear sliding glass door.
TV, speakers stolen from Yorkshire home
A television and speakers, valued at $700, were stolen from a home on the 8100 block of Peakwood Court, Yorkshire, between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday, police said.
Officers believe the burglar got into the home through an unlocked ear sliding glass door, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Attempted break-in at Yorkshire home
Police investigated an attempted break-in at a home on the 8600 block of Walcott Court, Yorkshire, that they said occurred between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Jan. 4.
Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said the burglar tried to force open a rear door, but was not successful.
Nothing was stolen.
Bristow home damaged after burglary
A Bristow vacant home sustained $5,000 in interior damages last week after a burglary, police said.
Somebody broke into a home, located on the 10500 block of Poagues Battery Drive, Bristow, between 5 p.m. Jan. 3 and 6:15 p.m. Jan. 8, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
There were no signs of forced entry.
Nothing was stolen.
Money stolen from Gainesville business
An undisclosed amount of money was stolen from the Plow & Hearth business, 5095 Wellington Road, Gainesville, between 8:20 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. Sunday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Police did not find any signs of forced entry at the business.
