Gun stolen from Bull Run home
A handgun, magazine and case, valued at $800, was stolen from a home on the 7500 block of Purdue Court, Bull Run area, between 5:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Friday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Police said they did not find any signs of forced entry at the home.
Money stolen from business
Police are investigating a burglary that affected two businesses in Woodbridge Monday morning, police said.
Somebody broke out a front glass door at the African Queen Salon, 14553 Jefferson Davis Highway, between 9 p.m. Sunday and 7 a.m. Monday, according to Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok.
Nothing was stolen.
But the burglar apparently entered the neighboring Fancy Nails and Hair business, which shares the same store space and are only separated by a sliding door partition, police said.
The burglar stole an undisclosed amount of money from Fancy Nails and Hair, and got into that part of the establishment through the sliding door partition, which was unlocked, according to police.
Car stolen from Manassas home
Somebody stole a 2005 Toyota Scion XA, valued at $5,000, from a home on the 8700 block of Deblanc Place, Manassas, between 3 p.m. Thursday and 11:30 a.m. Friday, Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.
Police are still investigating the crime.

Soda, compressors stolen from Fauquier delivery trucks
A total of 284 cases of assorted beverages, several refrigeration compressors, valued at $3,640 from delivery trucks parked at a Pepsi storage yard on the 5300 block of Lee Highway, New Baltimore, on Jan. 9, Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman said.
Car stereo stolen from Fauquier car
A car stereo, valued at $200, was stolen from a car parked on the 10200 block of Marsh Road, Opal, on Jan. 9, Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman said.
Jewelry stolen from Fauquier home
Jewelry, valued at $1,429, was stolen from a home on the 8400 block of Hot Springs Lane, Warrenton, on Jan. 10, Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman said.
Stereo stolen from Fauquier car
A car stereo, valued at $250, was stolen from a car parked on the 4000 block of Catlett Road, Calverton, on Jan. 11, Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman said.
Break-in at Woodbridge home
Somebody broke out a rear window and entered a vacant home on the 16000 block of Kenilworth Court, Woodbridge, between noon Sunday and 10 a.m. Monday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Nothing was stolen.
Break-in at Woodbridge restaurant
An undisclosed amount of money and a laptop, valued at $600, was stolen from the China House, 14645 Jefferson Davis Highway, Woodbridge, between 2 a.m. and 7:20 a.m. Monday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Police believe the burglar broke out the restaurant’s front door glass window to get in.
Gaming console, shoes stolen from Bull Run-area home
A gaming console and shoes, valued at $2,000, were stolen from a home on the 11100 block of Stagestone Way, Bull Run area, between 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Friday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Police believe the burglar shattered the home’s front glass door to get in.
Attempted break-in at Dale City home
Somebody tried to break into a home on the 14100 block of Morrison Court, Dale City, by shattering a rear sliding glass door between 4:30 p.m. and 7:38 p.m. Sunday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Police did not believe the burglar succeeded in entering the home.
Nothing was stolen.
