Break-in at Dale City home
Somebody broke into a home on the 14500 block of Faith Court, Dale City area, by cutting a rear window screen and forcing a window open early Friday morning, officers said.
Occupants of the home were on the upper level at 1:15 a.m. when they heard suspicious noises downstairs, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
A rear window screen cut and forced open, according to police.
Nothing was stolen.
Break-in at Woodbridge home
Somebody forced open a rear door and got into a home on the 15600 block of Horseshoe Lane, Woodbridge between 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Nothing of value was stolen, officers said.
Drills stolen from Manassas Park home
A total of three power drills – two of them being Milwaukee brand, and the other being a Dewalt, valued at $900, were stolen from a 2005 Chevrolet van parked at a home on the 200 block of Kent Drive, Manassas Park, between 5 p.m. Jan. 17 and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Manassas Park police spokeswoman Karen Barton.
Officers found no signs of forced entry at the home, police said.
Nail guns stolen from Manassas Park home
A total of three Hitachi nail guns, valued at $350, and an Arco air compressor, valued at $200, were stolen from a 1998 Ford van parked on the 200 block of Kent Drive, Manassas Park, officers said. Two more Hitachi nail guns, valued at $350, were stolen from a 1999 Chevrolet van on the same street, according to Manassas Park police spokeswoman Karen Barton.
Officers found no signs of forced entry at the home.
iPhone, wallet stolen from unlocked Fauquier car
An iPhone 4 and wallet, valued at $220, was stolen from an unlocked car parked at a home on the 12100 block of Riverton Court, Remington, on Jan. 16, according to Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman.
CDs, tools stolen from unlocked Fauquier car
Compact discs and tools, valued at $2,620, was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a home on the 6400 block of Cotswold Way, Broad Run, on Jan. 17, according to Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman.
Dumpster stolen from Fauquier business
A 30 cubic-yard roll-off dumpster, valued at $3,500, was stolen from a business on the 5000 block of Airport Road, Midland, on Wednesday, according to Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman.
Pipe fittings stolen from Fauquier home
Pipe fittings, valued at $2,075, was stolen from a home on the 4200 block of Winchester Road, Marshall, on Wednesday, according to Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman.
Deputies are still investigating the case.
Game console, games stolen from Fauquier home
An Xbox 360 and several games, valued at $690, were stolen from a home on the 12200 block of Riverton Court, Remington, on Sunday, according to Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. James Hartman.
