A Woodbridge man faces gun charges Friday night after police said he fired a weapon at a stop sign.
An area resident called police and saw a man – later identified as Andre Tayvon Sullivan – reportedly firing at the stop sign while on the balcony at a home on the 2000 block of Horizon Court, Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok said.
Police soon determined Sullivan apparently had a BB gun.
Sullivan, 19, of 2002 Horizon Court, #203, was charged with discharging a firearm in public, Perok said.
He has a court date of Feb. 24.
Police did not have Sullivan’s bond information available.
Nobody was hurt, and nothing was damaged.
