Police are looking for a missing 50-year-old man who they said is bipolar, suffers from depression and talked about suicide before leaving on Thursday, officers said.
Dennis Michael Cunningham was last seen leaving his home on Cloverhill Court, Manassas. He reportedly made suicidal statements before leaving and was in possession of anti-depressant medications, according to Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera.
Officers believe Cunningham might be heading to remote areas in Prince William County or Hume, in Fauquier County, in a 2009 Jeep Liberty with Virginia license plates XDZ-8409.
Cunningham, who was described as a 5-foot-9-inch tall, 175 pound white man with gray hair and blue eyes, was wearing a green shirt, jeans, a black sweater/jacket as well as a black windbreaker jacket when he left his home, according to Rivera.
