Evangel Christian's volleyball winning streak at 49 following sweep of Lighthouse

Olivia Ford had a team-high nine service aces on Tuesday and the Evangel Christian School volleyball team swept Lighthouse Baptist 25-8, 25-13, 25-12 to extend its consecutive match winning streak to 49 matches.

Sunni Mercer, Ceara Sporing and Diamond Gardner were promoted for the JV team and each contributed to the victory for the 11-0 Eagles.

Outside hitter Jasmine Morrow led the offense with 11 kills and seven aces, while Amber Taylor finished with 13 digs. Setter Krissy Lambert had 15 assists.
