Potomac High School grad Eric Hayes is not among the 13 players scheduled to compete for the Washington Wizards’ Summer League team in Las Vegas.

The University of Maryland standout was one of 16 players brought to a three-day mini-camp at the Verizon Center that began Thursday, but he did not make the cut when the final roster was announced Saturday.

The Wizards have their first summer league game tonight at 8 against the Golden State Warriors. It will be broadcast on the NBA TV cable network.
