Potomac High School senior basketball player Justin Burrell has been selected to participate in the preliminary game of the Capital Classic April 15th at American University.
A guard who has signed with Mount St. Mary's, Burrell will compete with the Suburban team against a team from the District. Burrell helped lead the Panthers to a 17-3 record and was named all-Northwest Region and the Cardinal District Player of the Year this season.
