Free Workouts
The Northern Virginia Baseball Development Program (NVBDP) is holding free workouts twice a week for the fall season. They are looking for rising 15U players for the 2010 season to play nationally ranked teams. There will be a limited number of openings for the fall/winter indoor workouts. Bull Run Officials seeking individuals interested in becoming sports officials. Commuter Camps
The intense amateur camps will be held July 12-17, 2010. A two-day elementary camp is July 12-13 and cost is $75. A high school and middle school camp is July 14-17 and cost is $175. Both camps will have a takedown tournament at the end. There is also a women’s self-defense course on July 12 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Cost is $20 and participants can learn from UFC Hall of Famer Dan Severn.
