P-Nats win third straight

The Potomac Nationals won their third straight game on Friday.

They beat the Lynchburg Hillcats 6-2.

Starting pitcher Mitchell Clegg gave Potomac (17-23) seven innings. He allowed one run on four hits, walked two and struck out two.

Clegg improved to 2-2 with the victory.

Eury Perez continued his hot streak by going 3 for 5 with an RBI and a stolen base.

Steven Souza hit a two-run home run and Destin Hood went 2 for 5 with a double, triple, RBI and two runs scored.

Potomac stole five bases.
